By completing and submitting this application form, you ("the User") agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions set forth by devcotel ("the Company").

The Company provides a service to facilitate connections between prospective students and third-party educational platforms ("Course Providers"). Our service includes collecting user information to identify suitable courses and sharing this information with the relevant Course Providers to initiate the enrollment process.

2. Data Privacy and Sharing Consent

The User expressly consents to the collection, storage, and processing of personal data provided in this form. The Company is authorized to share this data with Course Providers whose offerings align with the User's expressed interests. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not sell or lease your data to any unrelated third parties.

3. User Obligations and Accuracy of Information

The User warrants that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading information may result in the termination of our services and may impact your eligibility for courses offered by our partners.

4. Third-Party Interactions

The Company is not a party to any agreement or transaction between the User and a Course Provider. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the quality, content, or outcomes of any courses. All matters concerning course fees, schedules, and curriculum are to be resolved directly with the Course Provider.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the devcotel platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your access to or use of our services or your engagement with any Course Provider.

7. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the User's breach of these Terms and Conditions or violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

8. Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the User's responsibility to review this agreement periodically for changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
